These cookies travel from Shanghai to Singapore! My friend Renu tried my home baked Xmas cookies last year in Bangkok and when she found out her husband is in Shanghai for business trip this time around she asked me if I could bake her some cookies that he can hand carry for her. They were around 4 cm in diameter each, total of 120 pcs vanilla cookies and 120 pcs chocolate cookies. They arrived in Singapore in perfect shape, one happy baker here!
