40 Vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting and cut out sugar fondant.
Happy birthday Lisa!
After school I took my daughter to her favourite Cafe in Fort Bonifacio area for Merienda, I’ve invited some of her friends too. Made Banana & chocolate pull apart cupcakes cake in the shape of number 9 and some cake pops to celebrate her special day, they were a big hit, kiddos were having a blast eating and playing with each other.
Happy birthday Little Miss 9, we love you very much.
Giant caramel cupcake with dulce de leche filling, Joyce’s order for her daughter birthday party, she asked me to do soft pastel colours with lot’s of hearts on the cupcake.
Below is her comment on my timeline:
Joyce Ang-Dagdag “Thank you Esti Feuermann for Kylie Vivienne Dagdag lovely cake! Super love!!! ;))”
Happy Birthday Kylie Vivienne.
I’ve donated these yummy chocolate cupcakes to Wish the event for their bake sale table at British School Manila earlier this evening, all proceeds will go to Aeisha fund and PCF. Little Aiesha was diagnosed with a brain tumour, it’s currently Grade 1 pre-cancerous but its already affecting Aeisha’s eyesight so there is an urgency to get little Aeisha the treatment. Should you wish to help you can go to here http://www.gofundme.com/Aeisha.
We went to the event with some friends and had a great Sunday evening watching the performances and catching up with friends, big kudos to the organizers and I’m happy to be a small part of it.
My friend Amelia told me that her daughter would like to have cupcakes for her birthday party, when I asked what birthday girl wants me to bake she said her daughter wants DRAGON cupcakes (!!!) Well, I’ve seen Planet Cake awesome Rainbow Dragon cupcakes in their book couple years back so I thought I’ll give it a try.
Got the book out of the shelves, read all the instruction, bake the vanilla cupcakes and off I go assembling the dragon cupcakes from scratch. Nearly 10 hours later I’ve got my mighty but beautiful dragon cupcake staring at me, what an achievement!
I LOVE IT!
Happy Birthday Anne!
My friend Yannie asked me to bake mini cupcakes for her son’s class substitute teacher to thank her on her last day teaching the class. When I found out that Ewan’s class called Superstar Butterfly I know exactly what I want to decorate the cupcakes with.
Below is the text I received from Yannie after the party :

Esti the kids went crazy for your cupcakes! Miss Anny was so surprised and happy. The Japanese mums commented that they were the best they have tasted in Manila so far – not oily not sugary. Thank you so much!
One happy baker here 🙂
