My Mum used to baked Marbled cake for me and my siblings on our birthdays. Since October is my birthday month I recreated my childhood memory as the flavour of the month cupcake. There is something satisfying in every bite of this particular marbled cupcake, you’ve got the creamy vanilla taste, subtle dark chocolate taste and sweet frosting at the same time, really extra ordinary, trust me. One more thing, I love how the cupcakes turns out in Neapolitan look a like, such a pretty tricolori.
