Gluten free chocolate brownies,
Happy Valentine’s Day!
It’s the end of school first term!
My fellow Class Mums and I did it again, we give the children the best Christmas party in the Primary just like last year. Lunch menu were consists of roast beef, glazed ham, turkey and the trimmings, full buffet service and baked goodies by yours truly. I baked 72 mini cupcakes and 100 sugar cookies (vanilla & chocolate), seeing the children happy face really worth it.
Merry Christmas everyone, see you in Term 2 next year ❤
We are currently visiting my parents in Bali over Spring break and having a lovely time. The weather has been perfect, loving my morning walk at the beach with my daughter and chillin’ by poolside catching up with the family, definitely my kind of holiday!
Wishing you all a Happy Easter with your loved ones.
Edible Holly wreath is the best kind,
Merry Christmas!
My favourite project over the weekend, creating the famous superhero theme cupcakes ❤
It’s my friend Pat’s 2nd cupcakes order for her family member birthday, this time around is for her son Seppi. I did the iconic Superman logo with cut out sugar fondant, several red stars, number 3 and I’m playing with the blue, red and yellow colours combination. By the way, I love this particular Wilton cupcakes stand, it made the whole theme works spectacularly.
Happy 3rd birthday Seppi!
Kiddos were celebrating 2 big events at the same time in Lazer Extreme, Ethan‘s 9th birthday and the last day of being Year 4 ! Summer break is officially ON, the holiday mood is finally kicking in, good bye alarm clock hello sleeping in ❤
To all primary school parents out there, well done for surviving another school year, give yourself a pat on your back and enjoy your vacation.
Last but not least, Happy Birthday Ethan!!!
