It’s the end of school first term!
My fellow Class Mums and I did it again, we give the children the best Christmas party in the Primary just like last year. Lunch menu were consists of roast beef, glazed ham, turkey and the trimmings, full buffet service and baked goodies by yours truly. I baked 72 mini cupcakes and 100 sugar cookies (vanilla & chocolate), seeing the children happy face really worth it.
Merry Christmas everyone, see you in Term 2 next year ❤
My daughter swimming team Christmas gathering were the first holiday party we’ve attended this year, we had a blast! Lovely setting, great food, amazing christmas caroller and wonderful company. I contributed mini vanilla cupcakes and mini chocolate cupcakes with Christmas theme icing sugar topper.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas …
We’re back in sunny Manila after 19 days vacationing in Vancouver, British Columbia. Had a wonderful time catching up with the family and enjoying the nice winter weather. Some photos from various activities we managed to do during the holidays, we’ll cherish these memories forever.
Wishing you all a fantastic New Year, live every moment, laugh every day and love beyond words.
In my daughter world Christmas begins at the first of December. I remembered vividly her early morning shriek of joy as she found the small surprise gift in the tiny pocket of this jolly advent calendar, it continues as she opens the consecutive pockets everyday with the big smile. She learned pretty fast that it leads to the most wonderful morning after the number 24th; piled up Christmas presents under the tree, stockings filled up to the brim and sweet treats galore.
Oh,to be a kid again!
PS. 12 more days ’till Christmas ❤
Made my very first Christmas Tree pull apart cupcakes cake for our Annual Christmas dinner party this evening. My daughter loved it, she said I should make it every Christmas from now on and I think she’s right, making mental note here for the next year to do list.
Since we arrived in Manila couple years back, we’ve invented this lovely traditions of white elephant christmas party for my better half and his company managers, upon popular requests dinner is always a mixed selection of Indonesian food (oxtail soup, beef rendang, pulled pork ribs, jukut be guling, etc), its a nice excuse for me to cook up a storm ❤
Our tree is up, got fresh Poinsettia from the Farmer’s Market and
home made chocolate cupcakes for tea.
Surely it’s Christmas once more ❤
