YES, WE DID IT!

Exactly a month ago my Better Half crossed Ironman Zurich finish line, it’s his 4th full distance Ironman race, such an awesome accomplishment and we’re super proud of him! The hard training days, his perseverance and determination definitely pays off, we could see that he was in good spirit and having fun throughout the race (as usual he stopped and chat us up whenever he saw us cheering from the spectators  side, too funny).  This time around he has 2 of his buddies joining the race and their family were also coming so for once we have friends to cheer with, happy days!

The day prior the Ironman race Little Miss did the Ironkids run and I surprised myself by  joining the Iron Girl fun run ( for the record, I don’t run but my better half said it’s a great start for my first run and hopefully not the last!). One thing that I know for sure, it felt pretty amazing to approach the finish line and seeing my loved ones cheering for me, unforgettable ♥️

Last but not least, Little Miss and I had the best spectators experience at IM Zurich 2017 with the VIP access, our first time watching the swim start from the water thanks to their boat service (normally you can only watch from the swim start which nearly impossible), the shuttle arrangements throughout Race Day was brilliant, so amazing to be part of cheering crowds at the famous Heart Break Hill, really enjoyed the delicious spreads with free flow sparkling wine provided throughout the day and the VIP staffs were very helpful, Anything Is Possible.

Enjoy the photos!

Gymnastics theme pull apart cupcakes cake consists of Oreo cupcakes and Chocolate cupcakes, Loren’s order for her daughter birthday party. The gymnast silhouette of Split Leap is birthday girl favourite skill, love it!

The birthday party was held in the Zero Gravity Trampoline Park in Greenfields, kiddos had a blast.

Happy birthday Lara!

My second time around creating this pull apart cupcakes cake with football theme and the British School Manila Blue Lion logo. My friend Emma requested it for her son 7th birthday party, Happy Birthday William!

Football Theme Cupcakes

These are Vanilla and Chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting for Frederik’s 8th birthday party. His Mom, Margaret, is my loyal customer here in Shanghai, this is her 3rd order in less than 2 months, thank you my dear.

When I decorated the requested football theme cupcakes I have this idea to make it look like a pull-apart cupcakes cake without being attached together. I assemble the cupcakes on my large board, took a picture then email it to Margaret so she can re-create it at the party venue.

The following day I’ve got below feedback from her, she definitely made my week. She also attached a picture of her cupcakes arrangement, very proud of her, well done!

Dear Esti,

Please forgive my delay in writing. But I absolutely wanted to thank you formally 😉 for the absolutely wonderful football cupcakes you made for Frederik’s birthday party. Party and cupcakes were a huge success, and Frederik also says “Thank you!”.

I arranged the cupcakes as instructed, on the lovely little board you provided. The first Mum who asked got your card, and all the others got a text with your website ;). Hopefully, this will lead to many more well-deserved customers for Cupcakes Frenzy!

Thanks for, again, making me a happy customer! I’ll be back 😉 – at the very latest for a batch of “Red Velvet” for my own birthday in January…
