Went to surprise birthday lunch for my friend Cyndi, dress code of the day was “something blue” so I decided to bring Blue Velvet Cupcakes to match the colour mood of the day.Like red velvet cupcake, blue velvet has a great hint of chocolate taste and the soft cream cheese frosting just make this little beauties absolutely delicious.

It felt just like yesterday when I baked mini roses cupcakes for Nurma’s 7 months pregnancy celebration in their home and now her bundle of joy has arrived. Today is Baby Elena’s look see party, I finally met her in person, she is adorable and look very alert despite her wee age. I made baby cupcakes dedicated to her and her cuteness for the party.
These are chocolate cupcakes with cut out sugar fondant. I had great time making the 3D baby shoes, its my first time ever. The cute baby faces (crying and calm with pacifier), baby stroller, ribbons and mini roses were my favourite always.

I haven’t baked these flavour for the longest time, today I was invited to a Nepalese ladies lunch and I decided to brought these mini cupcake as a gift to the host. I’m using fresh orange peel and candied orange peel in it, absolutely delicious with the cream cheese frosting.

I met Karla, Stephanie’s Mom, during the bazaar at Kerry Parkside. She asked me if I’m available to bake cupcakes for her daughter 1st birthday during Autumn national holiday in China. I said yes, it will be an honour! She ordered vanilla cupcakes with garden theme and one cupccake with special request topper from her husband, an Angel.
I made all toppers with imported cut out sugar fondant, they are pretty and delicious too!
