My daughter sport buddy and classmate is moving to Singapore this Summer Break, a few Mums and I did a surprise send off party at the last day of school for her. I’ve made Vanilla giant cupcake with buttercream frosting (her favourite) and colour combination that she loves. Kiddos ate and play and ate some more and play, end of school year and close friends made a fabulous party.

My favourite part from the party was the moment after Victoria blew her candles, she dipped her finger in the frosting and licks it clean, within seconds she got followers, too cute!

My daughter finally had her birthday bash at the bowling centre in the next door mall. Traffic was really bad on that day since everyone heading to the mall to get a head start on their Xmas shopping but the invitees eventually arrived and kiddos were having a blast. I made oreo cupcakes with chocolate ganache that was displayed on a ferris wheel tier which birthday girl requested, marshmallow dipped in chocolate that flying out the container in less than 5 minutes (I made over 100 pcs!), vanilla cookies with letter A icing and the masterpiece, a Smiggle Giant cupcake. Birthday girl is absolutely mad about Smiggle, its a stationary company from Australia, if you haven’t heard about it Mr Google can help you.
Anyway, cut the story short, mission accomplished, Little Miss Happy was over the moon! I’m in her good book for another year haha now I can rest for a while … ’till the next birthday.

I’m a big fun of the giant cupcake, it’s huge, versatile and the possibility to decorate it is endless.
This was Dewi’s order for her husband birthday today. It’s Vanilla cupcake with Nutella filling and buttercream frosting. I’m using white chocolate to cover the bottom part of the cake, I like the neat cupcake paper liner look-a-like result. The stars were made from cut out fondant and I’m alternating it with golden dragées. Added golden luster dust on the number 50 to accentuate the celebrant golden birthday celebration and Voila, all is done.
My daughter was volunteering to deliver the cupcake, she was beaming with pride, too cute!
These are Audrey’s order for her daughters birthday party, an Oreo giant cupcake cake with pink and purple flowers & butterflies based on Lego Friends colour combination for Maika. Mix of Vanilla and Oreo pull apart cupcakes cake with Daniel The Tiger theme for Kaelynn. Several mini lemon cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for the mommies and we’re invited to enjoy the party too, love it!

My favourite project of the week!
These are vanilla cupcake with caramel filling, it’s really HUGE cupcake cake, one of the giant cupcake is enough to serve more than 20 people for sure. Vendra’s order for Yessi & Vonny’s birthday celebration. Theme requested was roses, butterfly & hearts in pink dominant. The most difficult part was transporting them, so many pot holes in Metro Manila and my driver has to drive in snail speed to keep them intact!
Anyway, the cupcakes were a big hit at the party, happy birthday ladies!
