Yes, that’s right, I baked 150 cupcakes (50 Chocolate, 50 Vanilla and 50 Red Velvet) for my daughter year group Moving Up Party in school. It was so much fun to be part of the party but I forgot how troublesome transporting cupcakes were! Thank goodness for my better half, he was calm and managed to deliver them from our 57th floor apartment all the way to the British School Manila, gracias mi amor ❤

The Party was a great success! Parents, teachers and kiddos had a blast, there were lots of food, drinks, games and dancing, welcome to the Senior School Class 2024.

TARDIS

Time and Relative Dimensions in Space (TARDIS) is Dr Who’s spaceship that resembles a blue police phone box (but changes its appearance depending on its surroundings) and is much, much larger inside than outside, he is traveling in it through time and space to solve problems and battle injustice across the universe. Dr Who is a British science-fiction television programme produced by the BBC.

This edible Tardis were drawn on red velvet cupcakes and oreo cupcakes by yours truly, Verona’s request for Luci’s 11th birthday celebration.

12 Days ’till Xmas

Definitely my favourite time of the year!

My daughter officially on Christmas break, hello sleeping in and cuddle time ❤
We are in Manila for another week to enjoy the festivities, my last day of baking will be December 17, exciting time ahead!

Rainbow Loom Cupcake

These are red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting with Rainbow Loom theme, Joanne’s order for her daughter 8th birthday party.

My daughter and her friends are currently in looming fever, they are constantly creating fashion accessory. Rainbow Loom is a plastic toy loom that children can used to weave colorful rubber bands into bracelets, charms and other jewelry. I’ve got some unique bracelets with cupcake charm on it, thanks to our Little Miss. If your child haven’t tried Rainbow Loom yet look it up in toy store nearby you and join the craze.

RED Autobot

Helen’s order for Sean’s 7th birthday party. The Red Autobot pull apart cupcakes cake were oreo cupcakes, birthday boy’s favourite. She also order “grown-ups” cupcakes for the Mommies, I made the Tri-Lemon cupcakes (lemon cupcake with lemon curd filling and lemon cream cheese frosting) Tri-Chocolate cupcakes (chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate buttercream frosting) and Red Velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting.

She sent a very nice note after the party as below :

V Day Tea Party

My daughter invited her girlfriends over for Valentine’s Day tea party after school.
Earlier this week when I asked her what food she wants for the party her answer was “Lot’s of chocolate and pink stuff, Mami.” Got it, loud and clear.

Off I went baking up a storm, I made Red Velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting, strawberry dipped in chocolate, heart shape chocolate cookies with 1001’s, meringue kisses, dulce de leche bischoco and fruit salad. Got store-bought raspberry covered in dark chocolate, pink & purple honeycombs and flower tea, voila the tea party is good to go!
