Yes, that’s right, I baked 150 cupcakes (50 Chocolate, 50 Vanilla and 50 Red Velvet) for my daughter year group Moving Up Party in school. It was so much fun to be part of the party but I forgot how troublesome transporting cupcakes were! Thank goodness for my better half, he was calm and managed to deliver them from our 57th floor apartment all the way to the British School Manila, gracias mi amor ❤
The Party was a great success! Parents, teachers and kiddos had a blast, there were lots of food, drinks, games and dancing, welcome to the Senior School Class 2024.
Forget all the things you’ve encountered this week and have a great weekend.
The month of joy, happiness and to finish what you started.
Summer break is officially ON in our household, hooooraaayyy!
Sleeping-in is in my top to do list and Little Miss is indulging in her easy reading & lego friends building , we’re definitely slowing down our daily routine prior NYC Trip in July.
On that note, Eloise and Strawberry shortcake (with fresh berries coulis) are perfect Saturday treat, have a great weekend wherever you are ❤
Nothing beat freshly baked cupcake for breakfast
This week is School Midterm Break for my 10 years old daughter, she’s asking if we could bake pink cupcakes “inside and outside” I told her that instead of using colourings for the cupcake batter we could just add pink sprinkles. So that’s what we did on a first day of the school break, we’ve baked Vanilla cupcakes, filled it with pink sprinkles, once it’s baked and cooled off we add buttercream frosting and more pink sprinkles, isn’t it pretty?
