The 3 R’s

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Three great ways YOU can eliminate waste and protect your environment!

Waste, and how we choose to handle it, affects our world’s environment—that’s YOUR environment. The environment is everything around you including the air, water, land, plants, and man-made things.

Practicing all three of these activities every day is not only important for a healthy environment, but it can also be fun too.

Back To School

We’ve survived first week of school with no drama, Little Miss dive into her daily school routine and loving it. I must admit I do miss having her around, she was a cheerful companion around the house and during our travels. To lessen the separation anxiety I’ve been baking ever since, her favourite baked goodies after school is Madeleine and she preferred it warm and crunchy on the edges, absolute YUMMM!

These were my second batch of the week, made banana chocolate chips madeleine prior these ones. Anyway, gotta go now, school pick up!

100 Days

Audrey’s tiny bump that we’ve celebrated with a Pink Baby Showers several months back now turns into a beautiful bouncing baby girl. The Liu family invited us to baby Larissa lovely 100 days celebration over the weekend so I’ve got to see her in person for the first time. She’s absolutely adorable!

For the special occasion Audrey’s asked me to make flower garden theme cupcakes with soft pastel colours combination, such a nice break from all the farewell’s theme cupcake, LOVE it!

Some photos of us from the party, enjoy.

Michelle’s

My daughter sport buddy and classmate is moving to Singapore this Summer Break, a few Mums and I did a surprise send off party at the last day of school for her. I’ve made Vanilla giant cupcake with buttercream frosting (her favourite) and colour combination that she loves. Kiddos ate and play and ate some more and play, end of school year and close friends made a fabulous party.

Farewell Michelle, stay in-touch and see you in November in Singapore, all the best ❤

Arctic Fox

fox-1

My Leap Day project, Arctic Fox pull apart cupcakes cake for Nina. I’ve started working on it slightly before midnight on February 29th and it’s ready to be picked up on March 1st just before Sunrise (yup, it’s an overnighter). My favourite part to draw in this particular image is the facial portion of the fox especially the eyes (I’ve got the perfect bloodshot colour tone in 1 try, yaayyy!!), least favourite was the tail, I’ve scrapped it so many times until I finally got it right, spent couple hours just drawing the tail (practice makes perfect).

Anyway, received below message later in the afternoon from her Mum:
“Nina and her class loved the cupcakes! Pretty and delicious, too! Thanks again so much.”
